Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Tags and labels must be attached.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • BRAIN HEALTH supplements
  • DIGESTIVE supplements
  • ENERGY supplements
  • IMMUNITY supplements
  • ADAPTOGENS
  • ESSENTIAL OILS
  • BEAUTY products
  • Opened or used personal care items

These items are excluded due to their nature as consumable wellness products where hygiene and safety are paramount.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the original packaging and include your Return Authorization Number. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Exchange Processing

Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item. The replacement will be shipped using your original shipping method (standard or free shipping).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost, including covering return shipping.

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas), international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
